Special Orders: All special orders require a 50% down payment plus a $10 store shipping charge for mother-of-dresses, cocktail, and prom. Bridesmaid dresses require payment in full at time of purchase plus a $10 shipping charge. Any orders shipped directly will have an additional $10 charge. Once payment is received from the entire bridal party, the order will be placed to ensure the dresses all come from the same dye-lot. Bridal orders require a 50% down payment plus a $25 shipping charge at time of purchase. All orders must be picked up within 7 days from delivery date unless other arrangements are made. Special orders can be canceled at any time; however the down payment is non-refundable.

Layaway: Requires a 30% down payment followed by monthly payments. Layaway is for in-stock items only and payments are non-refundable. Final payment is due 90 days from initial purchase.

Holding: We will kindly hold a dress for 24 hours.

All Sales Final: There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our merchandise. Rack purchases and special orders cannot be returned due to the fact that we cannot return merchandise to the manufacturer.
